28 Days to Employment Program
Mentoring, Networking & Career Counseling
If someone would say to you "This time next year, you will be broke and homeless," you would probably laugh and tell them they were crazy.  Well, prior to 1999, our founder was a successful business person and financially solvent and never thought this would happen to him.  He made the mistake of trusting the wrong people with his financial affairs.  As a result he went from Riches to Rags and ended up broke and homeless.
How It All Began
During this period of his life, he struggled with trying to get his life back together and find employment.  As a result, he developed a workforce readiness system that is now in its thirteenth year which has a 97% hire rate with a 98% retention rate of those that complete and follow the program.
Mission Statement
The VEA is a public voice supporting veterans to ensure assistance in gaining employment upon returning from war and entry back into society.  The VEA ensures equitable workforce readiness and soft skills training of the highest quality for all veterans through vision, leadership, professional development and research.
The VEA is a national leader and authority in employment for veterans.  The VEA resources ensure that all veterans have access to the highest quality workforce readiness and soft skills training to ensure employment upon their return to civilian life.  We envision a world where employers seek out and hire our veterans for their leadership, problem solving and quality task completion skills instilled in them through our armed services’ trainings.
